الوصف الوظيفيConduct regular inspections of building foundations, walls, roofs, flooring, ceilings, and other structural elements to identify damage, wear, or potential safety hazards. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on civil and structural components, including walls, tiles, doors, windows, and fixtures. Monitor and maintain plumbing systems (e.g., sinks, drains, water supply lines) to prevent leaks and ensure proper operation. Address urgent structural issues such as leaks, cracks, or other defects promptly to minimize operational disruptions. Repair or replace damaged flooring, walls, ceilings, and fixtures in donor areas, offices, and storage spaces to maintain facility standards. Carry out painting works on ceilings, walls, and other surfaces as part of regular upkeep and refurbishment. Inspect and maintain exterior areas such as parking lots, walkways, ramps, and railings to ensure safety, functionality, and accessibility. Support minor electrical repairs (e.g., replacing bulbs, switches, and sockets) as required to maintain facility functionality. Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized civil works and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs performed on facility infrastructure. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards during all maintenance and repair activities. High school graduate / Diploma or equivalent qualification Over 7 years of experience in civil maintenance, construction, and facility repair works. Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance tasks. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws). Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Effective communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating maintenance activities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals. Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in building maintenance and repairs. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to respond to emergencies and work flexible hours when required. Basic computer skills for completing reports and using maintenance management systems. Arabic
