SWATX is seeking an experienced Acquisition Lead to drive our client acquisition strategies across both traditional and digital platforms. This leadership role requires a creative thinker with a robust analytical background and a passion for optimizing acquisition efforts to deliver significant business growth. The successful candidate will lead a team of marketing professionals and will be responsible for oversight of the development and execution of acquisition campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies that contribute to overall business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of acquisition specialists in executing campaigns and achieving goals.
- Analyze customer data and market insights to refine acquisition tactics and approach.
- Manage and optimize various digital acquisition channels, including SEO, PPC, retargeting, and social media marketing.
- Set and monitor KPIs, making necessary adjustments to strategies based on performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content, to ensure alignment in acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and campaign evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in acquisition efforts.
- Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance acquisition capabilities.
Requirements
