  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Promote elevator and escalator products and services to potential customers.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and project needs.
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
  • Follow up on tenders, negotiations, and contract agreements.
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams during project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide professional after-sales support and customer service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in elevator and escalator sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of elevator systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
