Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day building maintenance tasks across factory facilities.
• Coordinate and follow up on civil works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare quantity surveying reports and ensure accurate documentation.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Support technical office tasks such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
• Provide on-site supervision for repair and renovation works.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in construction, maintenance, or facility management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in quantity surveying, site supervision, and technical office work.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Intermediate level of English is required.
