What you’ll do (primary responsibilities):

• Run the operational cadence: Own the two-week execution cycle, including alignment meetings, progress check-ins, status reviews, and post-mortem evaluations.
• Keep the pipeline balanced: Stagger and sequence two to three active projects, so every function stays productive, and resources are fully utilized.
• Track dependencies & handoffs: Manage handoffs across research, package, equip, train, and measure; proactively surface and clear operational bottlenecks.
• Run the stage gates: Schedule and document the Go/No-Go reviews with leadership.
• Report cadence: Keep leadership updated on what has been delivered, what is currently in progress, and what is at risk.
• Drive continuous improvement: Refine and tighten operational processes each cycle so the team moves faster over time.

Who you are

Requirements:

• 3+ years in project coordination, business operations, cross-functional delivery, or project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Cadence experience: proven track record of running structured team schedules, managing project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Tooling proficiency with project/work-management tools specifically Jira.
