Supervisor Facilities

• Respond to help desk tickets raised through the Facilities department.

• Monitor the performance and quality of outsourced services including housekeeping pest control and fleet.

• Maintain accurate records for work orders service requests and vendor contracts.

• Establish and maintain vendor files; verify accuracy of submitted documentation.

• Manage the internal/external movement of all company assets.

• Coordinate and support all facilities-related needs for internal events across main offices and coworking areas.

• Supervise maintenance activities and lead contract negotiations with external service providers.

• Handle all facilities needs and requirements across logistics hubs and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

• Review and analyze monthly third-party service reports; ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Civil).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management within a dynamic environment.

• Solid understanding of building systems maintenance protocols and safety standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools/systems.

• Strong negotiation interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
