Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff assign tasks and inspect completed work.
  

• Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
  

• Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues.
  

• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs.
  

• Train new staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  

• Conduct room inspections and maintain reports.
  

• Support deep cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels/resorts 1 year in a supervisory role.
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  

• Basic English; additional language skills are a plus.
  

• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment.
  

• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
  

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
