Freelancer German Team Leader Recruitment Department

This is a remote position.

QuickfirmX is expanding and were currently looking for Germanspeaking Freelancer Team Leaders to support and manage our growing recruitment team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve daily and weekly targets
  

• Provide training guidance and ongoing support to team members
  

• Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with company goals
  

• Collaborate with the support team to solve challenges quickly
  

• Conduct regular checkins to maintain productivity and engagement
  

• Share updates and feedback to drive performance
  

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and good command of English
  

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or recruitment
  

• Strong communication and leadership skills
  

• Ability to work independently and commit at least 2 hours per day
  

• Selfdriven and able to manage teams remotely
  

Compensation:

This is a commissionbased role with no fixed salary but offers a high earning potential based on team performance and results.
