In this role you will:
Lead & Mentor: Inspire grow and support an engineering team to reach their full potential.
Own Delivery: Oversee the planning execution and on-time delivery of projects that align with business goals.
Shape Strategy: Define and execute engineering strategies that scale our products and fuel innovation.
Improve Processes: Streamline workflows enhance efficiency and foster continuous improvement.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product R&D and other departments to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
Ensure Quality: Maintain high engineering standards with robust QA processes.
Manage Risks & Resources: Identify challenges early mitigate risks and optimize budgets and resources.
What were looking for:
5-7 years of engineering leadership experience
Strong background in software development or a related technical field
Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex projects
Hands-on experience with Agile development and project management tools
Excellent communication skills both technical and business-oriented
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
A strategic mindset with a passion for building impactful digital products
