What Youll Do:

Manage projects and handle the communication with client to ensure all instructions are executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

Managing projects:

• Adding the project on Transparent software.
• Deliver projects on time.
• Adding the PO on transparent.
• Conduct QA using CAT tools.
• Estimate deadline.

Handling communication with customers

• Handle different communications with the client regarding: new project opportunities feedback queries Pos and invoices.
• Handle positive and negative feedback.
• Follow up on feedback implementation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Excellent English skills.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Localization industry Experience is a MUST
• CAT and project management tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
