Jr. Architect - Alchemy Architecture (AA)

• Maintain comprehensive and uptodate knowledge of the status and progress of all assigned projects.
  

• Participate in field surveys and site visits as required.
  

• Assist in the development and translation of schematic designs into construction drawings construction documents and finishing schedules under the supervision and review of the Senior Architect.
  

• Stay informed and updated on all relevant MEP and structural documentation.
  

• Coordinate efficiently with fellow Junior Architects working on the same project to ensure consistency and collaboration.
  

• Maintain organized digital documentation and manage the archiving system for all assigned projects.
  

• Provide concise and regular project status reports to the Senior Architect.
  

• Support the Senior Architect and Project Manager in managing multiple project phases ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  

• Prepare accurate minutes of meetings and ensure timely distribution.
  

• Remain responsive and available to support project needs including urgent tasks outside standard working hours when necessary.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
  

• 0 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other architectural software is a plus.
  

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the profession.
