Cross Border Talents is hiring freelance Talent Sourcers to recruit fresh-entry and mid-level candidates for Business Support & BPO roles across Europe and North Africa.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (interviews in English)
• 6 months of recruitment/talent sourcing experience
• Proficient with sourcing tools job boards & networks
• 30 hrs/week availability
• Resilient positive target-driven financially secure (pay per hire no fixed salary)
• Not currently working with any recruitment agency

Responsibilities:

• Identify & attract top talent using creative sourcing methods - 70% active sourcing
• Conduct interviews & assess candidates qualifications
• Follow up the operation plan with the team leader to understand hiring needs and the USPs
• Manage candidate pipelines & maintain strong communication with candidates & clients
• Draft and post engaging job ads 30% passive sourcing
