Alstom seeks an experienced and stratically minded Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. This critical role requires expertise in contract management claims resolution and stakeholder engagement in a complex rail project. This will require him/her to:

• Lead the administration and management of contracts through the various project lifecycle
• Identify the contractual risks and opportunities and build a strategy towards each of them.
• Prepare and review claims and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate and allocate the tasks properly with the contract management team and guide and support as needed.
• Support the Project Core Team with the contractual analayses of the various topics.
• Negotate the claims and variations with the different project stakeholders (client subocontractors etc.)
• Manage insurance claims.
• Report and communicate the strategies and hot topics to the Country Contracts Manager.
• Enusre alignment with project objectives timelines and budgetary constraints
