Business Relationship Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in banking business operations and will act as the key liaison between the business units and the IT department. The BRM will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, translating them into IT requirements, and ensuring effective delivery of technology solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the IT department and designated business units.
• Understand and analyze business operations, workflows, and challenges.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for IT initiatives and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop solutions aligned with business needs.
• Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of IT solutions.
• Support business users during UAT and ensure alignment of outcomes with requirements.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely communication of issues and risks.
• Assist in driving adoption of IT systems and promoting best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
