ITSM Consultant - ( IT Service Management)

SWATX is seeking for an ITSM Consultant who can cover below requirements for a 6-month or more engagement.

• Assessment and Analysis : Evaluate current processes and identify gaps.
• Process Design : Develop structured workflows for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Capacity Planning : Optimize costs.
• Purchasing : CAPEX / OPEX
• Deployment : Standardize image and factory service for faster hardware delivery.
• Operations : Develop a managed service or outsourcing model, focusing on ticketing, license assessments, and asset management.
• Retirement : Propose data sanitization, device selling, buy-back options, CSR initiatives, or selling to employees.
• Subsidiary Exit : Define a clear exit process
• Preferred ITIL Master Certified
