Site Engineer

Job Description

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising wood flooring installations on-site, coordinating between design teams, suppliers, and installers. Ensures work quality, reviews technical drawings, monitors progress, enforces safety standards, and resolves site issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, or related field).
• Minimum of 1 year of on-site experience in wood, furniture, or building materials industries
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Auto CAD
• Strong knowledge of flooring types and installation methods
• Excellent communication skills with both site crews and office teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects or sites simultaneously
