🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner (Oil & Gas / Energy) Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Egypt — a leading player in the energy sector with operations across the UAE, Qatar, Libya, and Africa. We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and act as a strategic partner to business leaders , driving impactful people initiatives across key business units. 💼 What You’ll Do: 🔹 Strategic HR Partnership Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, workforce planning, and organizational design. 🔹 Talent & Organizational Development Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. 🔹 Employee Relations Act as a trusted advisor, handling complex cases and fostering a positive, high-performance culture. 🔹 Performance Management Lead performance cycles, support managers, and ensure continuous employee development. 🔹 Change Management Support and lead transformation initiatives while promoting adaptability and engagement. 🔹 HR Analytics & Insights Leverage HR data to drive decisions and improve organizational effectiveness. ✅ What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 4+ years of HR experience (HRBP / Generalist roles) ✔️ Strong background in business partnering, talent management & employee relations ✔️ Experience in oil & gas/energy / related sectors is a plus ✔️ Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills ✔️ Solid understanding of labor laws & HR best practices 🎁 What’s in It for You: ✔️ Competitive salary + annual bonus ✔️ Social & medical insurance ✔️ Exposure to a dynamic, regional energy business 📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt 🕘 Work Model: Onsite (Sun–Thu, 9 AM – 5 PM)
