Solutions Engineer — Egypt (Remote)
Solutions Engineer — Egypt (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: Based on experience
Product Focus: AI-First Recruitment Technology
Egypt is one of our largest markets by user volume, and we don't yet have anyone on the ground. This role is about changing that: getting deep into customer configurations, fixing what's broken, and building real relationships with the recruitment managers and team leaders who use our platform every day.
This isn't a commercial role. You won't carry a revenue number. You'll be the person who makes the product work brilliantly for the customer — and over time, builds a local Talkpush community in Egypt through monthly in-person meetups.
What You'll Do
Configuration & Problem-Solving
- Own a queue of customer tickets and configuration requirements each week
- Configure Autoflows, integrations, and bot interactions to match customer needs
- Audit existing setups and optimise for performance, response quality, and adoption
- Troubleshoot issues end-to-end and resolve them with minimal escalation
Customer Engagement
- Run weekly technical check-ins with recruitment managers and team leaders
- Translate customer pain into specific platform changes and configuration tweaks
- Set clear expectations on what's possible and how long it takes
Community Building (Egypt)
- Organise a monthly in-person event for Talkpush users and prospects in Cairo or Alexandria
- Build word-of-mouth in the local recruitment community
- Surface market intelligence back to the global team
Supervising AI Agents
- Review and optimise AI interview agent configurations
- Spot performance issues before customers do
- Feed insights back into product
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Background in technical support (Level 2/3), configuration-heavy roles, business analysis, industrial engineering, or as a developer who's moved into customer-facing work
- Proven ability to work with enterprise customers over the long haul without burning out — this work is detailed, repetitive at times, and requires patience
- Native or fluent Arabic; strong professional English
Attitude (this matters more than credentials)
- Resilience. You've handled difficult enterprise customers for years and kept your composure. Chaos and ambiguity don't faze you.
- Doer mindset. You'd rather fix something than write a memo about fixing it.
- Solitary focus. You're comfortable doing deep configuration work alone for hours.
- Pragmatic. You solve the problem in front of you rather than chasing the perfect solution.
Nice to Have
- Ability to vibe-code (light scripting, prompt engineering, or agent configuration)
- Experience with workflow automation tools
- Prior exposure to recruitment, HR tech, or BPO industries
Why Join
- Build something from scratch in a major market where we have demand but no presence
- Work directly with the EMEA Director, not through layers of management
- Influence product direction through what you learn from customers
- A globally distributed team that values doers over talkers
