What you will own:

• Write, edit, and prepare high-quality content with the support of AI tools and content creation platforms
• Upload, update, and manage content on the company website with strong attention to structure, formatting, and consistency
• Format, publish, and maintain blog articles, landing pages, and website pages
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms in a timely and organized way
• Conduct research to support content creation, campaign ideas, and broader marketing initiatives
• Help transform marketing ideas and direction into ready-to-publish content and execution-ready assets
• Review content for quality, clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the Whitecollars brand
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, strengthen outputs, and speed up workflows without compromising quality
• Support the execution of ongoing marketing projects and priorities across the business
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep work moving and deadlines under control
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, content best practices, and emerging AI tools that can improve execution

Requirements

Who will thrive here

You will likely be a strong fit if you have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, or a related role
• Strong experience creating, editing, and publishing digital content across multiple channels
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Experience working with website content management systems, ideally WordPress
• Good understanding of content optimisation and basic SEO principles
• Strong writing, editing, and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong research, organisational, and project coordination skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a strong standard for quality
• A proactive, self-driven mindset and the ability to work with limited supervision

Preferred background

• Experience publishing blog content, landing pages, and website content
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design and content creation tools
• Experience in recruitment, education, consulting, or service-based businesses
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and productivity tools
