  • Possess specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software.
  • Provide technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
  • Manage ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
  • Maintain and updating technical documents and procedures.
  • Manage coordination at a local and international level where required.
  • Deliver regular and customized training to teams within the business.
  • Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems.
  • Develop reports for teams across the business.


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university or equivalent
  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Client/server communication, API, Web services, and XML.
  • UNIX/Linux operating system.
  • ISO 8583, Financial Transactions Processing, Mobile Payment & Shell scripting.
