تبحث شركة رائجة في صناعة التجارة بالتجزئة والجملة عن مدير منطقة للمخابز يملك خبرة قوية في إدارة العمليات وتحقيق الأداء الأمثل في فروع المخبز ضمن المنطقة المعنية. سيكون هذا الشخص مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على الإنتاج والتوزيع والتحكم في جودة المنتجات، بالإضافة إلى تحسين مستوى الخدمة والرضا لدى العملاء.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لمتاجر المخابز ضمن المنطقة المحددة.
  • تنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات والتسويق لزيادة الإيرادات وتحقيق الأهداف التجارية.
  • ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والأمان في جميع عمليات المخابز.
  • تدريب وتطوير الموظفين لضمان تقديم مستوى عالٍ من الخدمة.
  • إجراء تقييمات دورية للأداء وتتبع الإيرادات والنفقات من أجل تحسين الكفاءة.
  • إدارة المخزون والتأكد من توفر المستلزمات والمواد الخام بشكل مستمر.
  • تطوير علاقات قوية مع الموردين والعملاء لضمان تلبية احتياجات السوق.


REQUIREMENTS

  • درجة بكاليوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة العمليات في مجال المخبوزات أو تجارة التجزئة.
  • مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة.
  • معرفة شاملة بممارسات السلامة وجودة الطعام.
  • قدرة ممتازة على التواصل وحل المشكلات.
  • معرفة بالتحليل المالي والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
  • أن يكون أشتغل في مجال سوبر ماركت و لابوار و العبد
