Sales Supervisor - Industrial Machinery Manufacturing | Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of indoor and outdoor sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Promote the company's industrial product portfolio, including:
• Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities across Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and tender submissions while ensuring commercial competitiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with customers.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer credit limits and support collection activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• 7–10 years of B2B sales experience within the industrial equipment, machinery, or technical products sector.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial products such as machinery, generators, pumps, compressors, hydraulic equipment, electrical products, welding equipment, construction machinery, or power tools.
• Experience with quotations, tenders, pricing, customer credit management, collections, and inventory coordination.
• Hands-on experience using CRM and ERP systems; Odoo is highly preferred.
• Native Arabic speaker with professional English communication skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
• Previous GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
