Job description

• Create and maintain traffic sheets for inbound and outbound movements in the system and Excel.
• Group arrivals and departures accurately to ensure smooth transfer operations.
• Create and manage arrival and departure transfers in the system.
• Create and assign transportation based on traffic sheets.
• Coordinate with Transportation teams to ensure correct vehicle allocation.
• Ensure transportation data aligns with traffic and flight information.
• Check and monitor flight details daily (arrival, departure, changes, delays).
• Update systems and stakeholders with any changes affecting traffic operations.
• Prepare and manage outbound traffic operations on a weekly basis.
• Ensure outbound data is accurate and aligned with system and transportation plans.
• Communicate effectively with Commercial teams, Transportation, Airport teams, and Representatives.
• Identify and correct errors that may affect traffic operations, clients, or company reputation.
• Minimize risks caused by incorrect information related to flights, transportation, or movements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration or similar field.
• 1–3 years of experience in traffic, transportation, tourism operations, or airport-related roles
• Strong English communication skills (B2-C1 recommended).
• Strong German communication skills (B1-B2 recommended).
• Basic additional languages are a plus.
• Attention to details
