Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Retail Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience of our retail branch in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong retail management experience, with the ability to lead teams, manage store operations, drive sales, and ensure smooth branch performance.
Candidates from Furniture, Fashion, Home Appliances, Electronics, or General Retail industries are highly encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth store performance
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory availability, and store organization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and support teams
  • Achieve branch sales targets and monitor performance KPIs
  • Manage customer service standards and resolve customer issues
  • Support sales team in achieving targets and improving conversion rates
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Lead, train, and supervise branch employees
  • Monitor staff performance and productivity
  • Prepare schedules and ensure proper workforce coverage
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment
  • Handle basic inventory control and stock movement tracking
  • Prepare branch performance reports for management

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in retail operations or store management
  • Proven experience managing a retail branch/store and sales team
  • Experience in Furniture, Fashion, Home Appliances, Electronics, or similar retail sectors is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Good English communication skills
