Job Description
Position Summary
The Medical Scientific Affairs Manager is responsible for leading the organization's scientific strategy by driving educational innovation, overseeing scientific content development, managing accreditation activities, conducting market intelligence, and building strategic scientific partnerships. The role ensures that all educational programs meet international standards, accreditation requirements, and the evolving educational needs of healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Continuing Medical Education (CME/CPD), Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Healthcare Education, or Academic Program Management.
• Proven experience managing accreditation processes (ACCME, DHA, SCFHS, DHP, or equivalent).
• Experience in curriculum development and scientific content management.
• Previous leadership experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Dentistry, or another healthcare-related field.
