Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement KPIs and performance frameworks to measure and enhance sales force effectiveness and productivity.
• Analyze sales performance using Power BI, Advanced Excel, CRM platforms, and IQVIA data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Generate actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making, business growth, and operational efficiency.
• Standardize performance reporting across regions and enhance CRM adoption through effective customer segmentation, engagement tracking, and digital touchpoints.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial leadership to optimize market coverage, resource allocation, and Sales Force Effectiveness strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, or a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI, CRM platforms, and IQVIA/IMS data.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales operations, performance management, market analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations.
