About the Role

We are looking for a talented and user-centric Product Designer to join our growing product team. This role is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders to transform complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, user research, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery through implementation.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define user problems, product requirements, and design solutions.

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for web and mobile applications.

• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design documentation.

• Produce interactive prototypes to validate concepts before development.

• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.

• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

• Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile applications.

• Proficiency in Figma (required).

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity interfaces.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility.

• Experience working within Agile product development teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive product experiences.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS, AI, fintech, or B2B products.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

• Experience collaborating closely with frontend developers.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks is a plus.

• Experience using analytics and user behavior tools such as Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude.

• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first experiences.
