About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across both commercial and technical positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and a smooth hiring process.

• Working Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, assessment, and offer coordination.
  
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  
• Handle recruitment for both commercial and technical positions across different seniority levels.
  
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
  
• Conduct headhunting and proactively approach relevant candidates for open positions.
  
• Support the People & Culture team in achieving hiring targets and improving recruitment processes.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven recruitment experience in both commercial and technical/IT positions.
  
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly through LinkedIn.
  
• Good understanding of technical and commercial profiles and their respective hiring requirements.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
  
• Excellent English communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Must be available to commit to 4 working hours per day, 5 days per week.
  
• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the People & Culture team.
