Export Manager

Lead the commercial development of Linah Farms’ Agri Crops export business worldwide under the supervision of the Head of Export. Develop customers and markets, convert existing leads into sales, coordinate commercial execution with sourcing, and deliver clear sales, volume and profitability targets.

1- Develop and execute the global Agri Crops commercial strategy and annual business plan, aligned with the company’s growth and profitability objectives.

2- Drive international business development across global markets, identifying and prioritizing high-potential markets, products, and customer segments.

3- Leverage an established customer database and qualified leads across multiple fresh-produce categories to accelerate customer acquisition and generate immediate sales opportunities.

4- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from market prospecting and customer acquisition to pricing, negotiation, contracting, order execution, and business development.

5- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships, while continuously expanding the international customer portfolio and securing repeat business.

6- Own and deliver agreed commercial KPIs, including sales volume, revenue, gross margin, profitability, new customers, and market expansion.

7- Identify and develop new Agri Crops opportunities and product lines, assessing their commercial potential, market demand, and expected profitability.

8- Manage commercial risks, customer claims, and business performance, ensuring issues are addressed quickly while protecting company profitability and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Agriculture, or a related field. MBA is a plus
