Join a leading HR services and consulting firm as an HR Operations Business Partner, leading the HR Operations Sector to drive operational excellence, deliver high-quality client services, develop strong client relationships, lead the team, and support business growth.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and monitor the sector’s annual operational plan and KPIs, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Lead, coach, and evaluate the team, ensuring effective onboarding, training, development, and succession planning.

• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of all client services and deliverables, with a focus on eliminating recurring errors.

• Manage major client escalations, drive client satisfaction, and identify cross-selling and new service opportunities.

• Ensure full compliance with applicable labor and social legislation.

• Foster a high-performance work environment through effective IDPs and continuous employee development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline; MBA is highly preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in HR operations, procedures, and applicable labor legislation.

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting, and client management.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven expertise in client relationship management and negotiation.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively.

• High level of integrity and accountability, with strong change management capabilities.
