Partnership Manager- F&B sector

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, strategically minded Partnership Manager to join our growing Food & Beverage brand based in Heliopolis. In this key role, you will lead our growth initiatives by establishing, nurturing, and expanding high-value strategic partnerships across Egypt’s vibrant culinary, retail, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner Acquisition: Identify and secure new cross-promotional, corporate, supplier, and co-branding opportunities within the F&B, hospitality, and retail ecosystems.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with current venue partners, delivery platforms, event organizers, and corporate clients.
• Deal Negotiation & Contracting: Structure, negotiate, and finalize commercial terms and partnership agreements to ensure strong ROI.
• Event & Activation Sponsorships: Collaborate with local event organizers and lifestyle brands in Heliopolis and surrounding areas to showcase our offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Marketing, Operations, and Culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, sales uplift, and partnership effectiveness to optimize future deals.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles (preference given to background in F&B, retail, or hospitality).
• Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Egyptian F&B landscape, consumer behavior, and network in Heliopolis / Greater Cairo.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of closing commercial agreements and achieving growth targets.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using sales data and metrics to evaluate deal success and negotiate win-win terms.
