Sales & Business Development Executive (Zamalek, Cairo)

Talent 360 is hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team.

About the Role

As a Sales & Business Development Executive at Talent 360, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and consultative selling. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and consistently meet or exceed targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Job Purpose:

To identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. The Sales and Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth, supporting marketing activities, and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Grow the company’s client base by generating and qualifying leads.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and account management.
• Manage incoming online leads by promptly contacting potential clients, preparing offers, and ensuring timely follow-up to successfully close deals.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the design and management teams to ensure business goals are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Support the team with additional business-related tasks when required.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic marketing, or sales roles.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong strategic planning and presentation abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines effectively.
