Job Summary

As Learning & Development Manager, you will lead our learning and capability-building agenda and support the implementation of our talent management approach. Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll shape how we develop our people, build critical capabilities, strengthen our leadership pipeline and create pathways for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve Limitless Naturals’ learning and capability framework, aligned with business and talent needs.
• Lead the annual L&D and capability-building plan, including priorities, investments, budget, and ROI.
• Provide functional L&D leadership and guidance to Commercial Capabilities, ensuring Sales and Medical Detailing initiatives are aligned.
• Design and improve learning solutions, platforms, digital resources, and external partnerships to make learning scalable and effective.
• Design and standardize onboarding journeys across international markets while accommodating local requirements.
• Embed Limitless values and culture into onboarding, leadership development, and learning experiences.
• Support talent management, succession planning, career development, and internal mobility, including development of high-potential talent.
• Lead leadership development and Early Careers programs, including manager development, internships, and Graduate Management Trainee programs.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and Capability Building, ideally within a fast-growing, multi-market organization. Exposure to Talent Management and succession planning is preferred; HR Business Partner experience is an advantage.
• Proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning and capability-building programs across different functions, including leadership and functional capability development.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems, people data and learning metrics to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of modern learning approaches, including blended, digital and AI-enabled learning, with the ability to leverage technology to scale learning.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder partnership and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and across a matrix organization.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect capability needs and L&D investments to business priorities and outcomes.
