Performance Marketing Lead

• Job Summary: Performance Marketing Lead, specializing in media buying, is a critical role within the digital growth team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of turning data insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful media buying campaigns, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ad Words, ....)
• Manage media buying activities across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, display networks, and emerging platforms.
• Set up, optimize, and manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
• Utilize social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to reach targeted audiences and achieve campaign goals.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage media buying budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.

Requirements

* 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, spent millions in paid media budgets annually.

* Proven experience running real estate ad campaigns in the UAE market, with a good understanding of the local audience, competitive landscape, and advertising regulations.

* Strong track record in lead generation, with a focus on lead quality and downstream conversion rather than volume alone.

* Experience working closely with real estate sales teams: running lead audits, speed-to-lead, qualification criteria, and closing the loop between marketing spend and actual sales.

* Hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools such as Adjust (or similar, like AppsFlyer).

* Solid working knowledge of product and web analytics tools, particularly GA4 and Mixpanel.

* A deep understanding of conversion tracking and how it is set up: pixels and tags, Google Tag Manager, Conversions API, event design, UTM structure, and offline conversion uploads. You should be able to spot and fix a broken setup with product team, not just read the dashboard.

* Analytical and comfortable with data; you can pull, question, and reconcile numbers across platforms.

* Clear communicator who can work across marketing, sales, product, and data teams.

* Strongly data-driven mindset: you make decisions based on evidence, not gut feeling, and can clearly explain the "why" behind every optimization.

* Fluent English is a must.
