MOTION DESIGNER / VIDEO EDITOR

Job Description Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Egypt Work Mode: Office-Based / Onsite Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 Years Language: Fluent in English Position Overview We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Designer / Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics, with strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects . The candidate will be responsible for creating short videos, project films, developer videos, virtual walkthroughs, and animated property tours that helps to sell properties. Key Responsibilities Edit Reels, TikToks, social media videos, and short advertisements . Produce high-quality project films and developer videos . Create engaging virtual walkthroughs and animated property tours . Develop motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, subtitles, and animations. Add and edit music, voiceovers, sound effects, and audio mixes . Transform raw footage into polished and engaging visual content. Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements. Ensure videos follow brand guidelines, visual standards, and required formats. Optimize videos for different platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Experience with DaVinci Resolve and/or 3D tools is an advantage. Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, video composition, transitions, and visual storytelling . Good knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, and social media specifications . Strong creative eye with attention to detail, timing, composition, and sound. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Portfolio Requirements Showreel featuring recent work is required. Experience with real estate, architecture, property marketing, or developer projects is a plus. Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, property tours, and social media content is preferred. Language Requirements Fluent in English.
