Borders & Gates is Hiring: Senior Sales Specialist (Fully-Remote)

Requirements:

• 3 -5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS and software solutions.

• Good knowledge of Zoho products, especially CRM, Books, and Zoho One.

• Strong understanding of *SaaS products and software solutions*.

• Proven track record in B2B sales and closing deals.

• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate junior sales team.

• Proven track record in lead generation, deal closing, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong understanding of consultative selling and client needs analysis.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience using CRM systems and sales management tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

• Promote Zoho solutions and other technology services.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• lead, coach, and motivate junior sales team.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prepare sales reports, track pipeline progress, and forecast revenue.
