Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Intellectual Property Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Offering strategic guidance and expertise in the analysis of the generic market, including market entry strategies and competitive intelligence.
- Providing regulatory intelligence to support decision-making processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IP considerations into business strategies.
- Advising on R&D initiatives, including patent landscape analysis and potential risks.
- Identify, screen, and assess IP arising from research activities. Support due diligence activities and contribute to IP research.
- Support in handling the patent portfolio, including case analysis, preparation, prosecution, and post-grant activities.
- Assess intellectual property risks and opportunities to support business strategies and strengthen our competitive edge in global markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemical Engineering; postgraduate degree in IP is a plus.Minimum 3 years in patent / IP management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry..Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and business acumen; with the ability to integrate IP and business risks and considerations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; able to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Knowledge of patent laws, rules, and procedures.General understanding of pharma business practices and laws relating to the protection of intellectual property. Familiarity with the types of contracts involved in IP transactions.
