About this Position
The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the Global Tech Hub specifically handling the Data Analytics.
What you´ll do
- Contribute to data analytics and digital transformation projects on a global scale.
- Work closely with business units and functions to analyze data, identify key drivers, and define the necessary analytics and KPIs that steer the business and enable data-driven decision making.
- Participate in data processing and transformation to prepare data for building analytics solutions using cloud platforms.
- Build data models following state-of-the-art schemas such as star schema and snowflake.
- Contribute to developing dashboards and reports in Power BI, combining existing and new data sources to deliver actionable insights.
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of data-driven solutions by piloting advanced tools and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Databricks).
- Assist in data preprocessing and analysis across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree, master's degree in computer science, Business Informatics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field.4–6 year of relevant work experience in data analytics, business intelligence or engineering.Strong proficiency in Python for data processing & transformations, analytics, and automation (experience with R is a plus)Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of database Design & Data Modeling (e.g., star schema, snowflake).Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (mandatory) or TableauPreferable experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (e.g., DevOps, Machine Learning,Databricks, Data Factory etc.) and familiarity with SAP processes.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Some perks of joining Henkel
