Presales Support & Proposal Development
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and draft compelling proposals for clients.
- Conduct thorough research on client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present persuasive presentations and demos tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information for proposal submissions.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards during the proposal process.
Bid Management & Strategy
Lead the bid management process from initiation through submission, ensuring timely delivery of proposals.Develop bid strategies that align with the company's goals while addressing client needs.Monitor and analyze bid success rates, recommending strategies for improvement.Team Collaboration & Client Engagement
Work closely with the sales team to understand pipeline opportunities and strategize accordingly.Engage with clients to clarify requirements and expectations while building long-term relationships.Provide training and support to team members in presales and bid management processes.Participate in post-bid reviews to assess performance and enhance future submissions.Requirements
Relevant experience in presales, bid management, or proposal writing.Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in using proposal management software and MS Office Suite.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Experience in client engagement and relationship management.Fluent in both languages English and Arabic is an advantage.
