Purpose :
The Talent Management Manager is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization. They ensure the company has the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles, aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Retention : Support recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure employee retention.
Performance Management : Design and oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Learning & Development : Identify skill gaps, create training programs, and support career development initiatives.
Succession Planning : Develop succession plans for critical roles to ensure leadership continuity.
Employee Engagement : Implement strategies to boost engagement, motivation, and overall employee satisfaction.
Workforce Planning : Analyze workforce trends, monitor headcount, and plan for future organizational needs.
Policy & Compliance : Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and global HR standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience in talent management or organizational development.
Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work with senior management and influence business strategy.
