The Role : We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth efforts, driving awareness and engagement on both our app and website.
You’ll plan and run campaigns across digital platforms, manage budgets, and use data to guide decisions.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
Optimize campaign performance to achieve targets for installs, engagement, and retention.
Manage creative briefs and work with designers and writers to produce effective ad assets.
Track, report, and interpret key performance metrics.
Collaborate with the product and content teams to align campaigns with app updates and seasonal content.
Initially, managing a team of three.
Requirements : Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally in education or publishing.
Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and creating content.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Meta Ads Manager.
Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic.
Proactive, creative, and a first principles mindset.
