The PO creates a product roadmap and defines the product vision for his or her team, driven by the overall strategy. He or she builds close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team's effort is aligned with the overall strategy. The PO works closely with his or her team to ensure that business value and user feedback is translated into new functionality when needed
Managing the product
- Owns the product vision and detailed product requirements; makes sure they are complete, integral and consistent
- Proposes the scope for MVPs / releases taking into account existing resource constraints and sustained development of the product. Ultimately accountable for the scope
- Accountable for the results of the sprint demonstration
- Gets consulted about all the key BAU decisions
Managing the delivery
