Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Technical Recruitment Partner to lead large-scale hiring initiatives across diverse technical functions (including software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps, and other emerging technologies).
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, manages high-volume technical recruitment, and partners effectively with business and tech leaders. This role requires designing scalable hiring strategies, building sustainable pipelines of top technical talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while supporting evolving business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle technical recruitment across multiple domains (software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps, and more).
- Partner closely with hiring managers and tech leadership to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and team objectives, translating them into effective hiring strategies.
- Design and execute scalable recruitment approaches that support high-volume, niche, and hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, events, etc.).
- Conduct thorough technical screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Optimize and manage recruitment workflows using ATS tools, sourcing technologies, and data analytics to increase efficiency and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal HR and business stakeholders to align recruitment processes with organizational goals.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness) to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on tech market trends, emerging skills, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide market insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management, or a related field.2–4 years of technical recruitment experience, including hands-on exposure to high-paced environments and hiring for both high-volume and non-technical roles.Fluency in Arabic and English is required.Familiarity with social media, résumé databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).Experience managing the full recruitment cycle using various interview and evaluation methods.Highly tech-savvy — proficient in Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, Workable (ATS), or able to quickly learn new systems.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — current team uses Workable.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong rapport with candidates and clients.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Benefits
