As an AI Team Leader, you will lead a talented group of AI engineers and data scientists to develop cutting-edge AI solutions (NLP-LLM focused) for our clients. Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies such as Gen / Agentic AI and its tools.
• Design and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Design offline evaluation metrics and online evaluation metrics that leads to the success of the project
• Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Ensure the timely delivery of AI projects within budget and scope, while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of AI solutions, and provide technical expertise.
