Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
Design, direct, and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
Manage a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company, and make recommendations to executive management.
Identify and monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, staff training, salaries, and benefits administration.
Requirements :
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior HR management or director-level role.
Fluency in English is a Must.
A strong background in Retail, Distribution, or Cosmetics Distribution industries is a must.
Hands-on expertise in all HR modules, with a primary focus on Performance Management.
Proven track record in Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
Experience managing HR functions for a workforce of 400+ employees.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop HR teams.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities.
HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or SPHR are a plus.
