الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Business Administration. 2-4 years of experience in motor claims department. Motor claim recovery experience in UAE market – Mandatory. Communication skills – Good Telephone etiquitte, Email Communication skills. Ability to develop rapport with TP Insurance companies to achieve target recovery ratios. Good knowledge in MS Excel. Excellent command of English Language is a must. Work Model : Hybrid, with a mandatory full on-site presence for the first 6 months. Working Days and Hours : from Monday to Friday starting at 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.
Responsibilities :
- To register Third party vehicle damage claims with appropriate reserves.
- To identify and flag potential frauds for further investigations.
- To monitor and achieve the target TATs in recoveries for following key process.
- Respond to notifications received from Third Party Insurers.
- Examine & Settle all TPI claims received within TAT.
- Booking of all Claims Recovered from TPI within TAT.
- Follow up with Third Party insurance companies.
- To Manage regular monthly / quarterly Exchange with insurance Companies.
- To Liaise with different Departments such Legal, Finance, Motor Assessment and Motor Settlement to solve claim related issues.
