Foreman - Civil (Abu Dhabi)

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman - Civil to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Foreman, you will play a critical role in supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating labor, materials, and equipment for civil engineering projects, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices.

If selected, the work location will be Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead construction teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure efficient use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to crew members according to project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress and safety reports.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
