Job Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in a dual Business Analyst / Product Owner role within a software development company or digital product environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical/business field.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, and practical experience participating in Agile ceremonies and delivery cycles.
Hands-on experience with project and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities to understand complex business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
Experience collaborating directly with developers, UX/UI teams, QA, and TPMs, with a deep understanding of SDLC and release management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving scopes.
A strong user-centric mindset, committed to improving the end-user experience and continuously delivering customer value.
Self-starter who actively contributes to product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog grooming.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) – Scrum Alliance
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO™ I/II) – Scrum.org
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) – PMI
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) – IIBA
Agile Business Analyst Certification – ICAgile
Foundational knowledge of UX principles is a plus
