الوصف الوظيفيالراتب الأساسي : 5,000 جنيه مصري - 8,000 نظام عمولات تصاعدي : عمولة مبيعات محفزة تبدأ من 2% وتصل إلى 4% بناءً على حجم المبيعات المحقق. دخل شهري متوقع : يتراوح إجمالي الدخل (الأساسي + العمولات) عادةً بين 9,000 إلى 17,000 جنيه مصري ، اعتماداً على جودة إغلاق المبيعات ودقة الأداء.
خدمة عملاء ومبيعات - خدمة عملاء
نحن نبحث عن منسق مبيعات وعمليات محترف ومتمسك بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. هذا الدور ليس مجرد خدمة عملاء، بل هو حلقة الوصل الأساسية بين إغلاق المبيعات الاستراتيجية و التنفيذ التشغيلي الدقيق .
المهام والمسؤوليات :
- التنسيق التشغيلي : المتابعة اليومية للطلبات عبر النظام والتواصل المباشر مع شركات الشحن.
- الضبط المالي : إدارة الخصومات غير المعتمدة، وإرسال روابط الدفع، وتصحيح الفواتير.
- المبيعات عالية القيمة : إدارة وإغلاق المبيعات للعملاء ذوي الفواتير العالية (تتراوح من 200 ريال إلى 2,000 ريال وأكثر).
- الالتزام بالمعايير : تنفيذ المهام بدقة وفقاً لـ "دليل العمل المعتمد" والنماذج الداخلية.
- المتطلبات الأساسية :
- الخبرة : من 3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة مثبتة في مجال عمليات المبيعات، تحديداً لمتاجر على منصات : شوبفاي أو زد أو سلة ( مطلب أساسي )
- الخلفية المهنية : قطاع البيع بالتجزئة
- التفرغ التام : يشترط عدم الارتباط بأي وظيفة أخرىومتاح للعمل فوراً
- ساعات العمل : دوام كامل من 8 : 00 صباحاً حتى 5 : 00 مساءً (بتوقيت السعودية)
- المرونة : الاستعداد للتواجد في فترات الذروة المسائية وفقاً لمتطلبات العمل.
