Technical Office Engineer

الوصف الوظيفيPrepare and review BIM models , shop drawings , and as-built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. Coordinate technical details with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure design alignment and execution. Perform quantity surveying (BOQ) and assist in cost estimation for various project elements. Study project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with design and local building regulations. Support in preparing technical submittals, RFIs, and documentation required for project approvals. Monitor project progress and provide technical assistance to the site when required. Participate in technical meetings and resolve any design or coordination issues. Maintain accurate records and update documents as projects evolve. 2-5 years of proven experience in a similar Technical Office role within the construction industry. Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory. You'll use these daily for BIM modeling, shop drawings, and coordination. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering is preferred . Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes. Excellent skills in quantity surveying (BOQ preparation) and cost estimation. Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, allowing you to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams. A proactive, organized, and collaborative team player.
